SHIPPING DETAILS

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After the order is processed, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to deliver.

SHIPPING POLICY

We are NOT responsible for:

  • Delayed shipping times once the item(s) are in the hands of the mail carriers
  • Items lost in transit
  • Damages during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us and we will assist with filing an insurance claim with USPS or UPS.
  • Products marked delivered but not received. If your item has been marked delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier/post office.

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We will not be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not handle insurance claims through USPS or UPS. Claims must be filed DIRECTLY by the recipient.
